AFAP Interval Training + Emphasis on Stretching

This multi-purpose, interval workout will address cardio, muscular strength & endurance, and balance training. The class format puts a strong emphasis on stretching and its benefits for arthritis, including a “slumber time shakeout” challenge as homework.

AFAP Circuit Class – Cardio & Balance

This AFAP circuit includes a 10-minute warm-up, 10-minute cool-down, and a 20-minute circuit training segment focusing on cardio combinations to enhance balance.  Adjust for one set of 4-minute circuits or two sets of 2-minute circuits to meet the needs of your participants.
