AEA Refund / Cancellation Policies
In-Person Workshops and Conferences Cancellation / Transfer Policy
All cancellations or transfers must be submitted in writing and received 14 days prior to the scheduled event.
The workshop cancellation fee is $25.00 for weekend workshops, $50.00 for specialty events and $95.00 for IAFC. NOTE: Only one (1) transfer is permitted within 18 months of original date of registration/event.
Should it be necessary for AEA to cancel a workshop or event, all registrants will be notified by email or phone and will be given the opportunity to transfer to another location at no additional cost or issued a full refund for fees paid.
Virtually Live Workshops and Conference Refund / Transfer Policy
All Virtually Live Workshop or Conference Registration Fees are non-refundable but transfers are permitted. Transfer must be received at least 7 days prior to scheduled workshop or conference start date. All Transfer Requests must be emailed to email@example.com and must include all your details, confirmation number and must be sent from the email address you used to register for the specific event.
Should it be necessary for AEA to cancel a virtual workshop or event, all registrants will be notified by email or phone and will be given the opportunity to transfer to another virtual event or issued a refund for fees paid excluding membership fees, Online prep Course, manuals and or examination fees that may have been bundled into your purchase.
Cancel Policy-AEA Online Education & Training
By purchasing this course, you understand there are no refunds issued. AEA Online Education & Training Programs initiated through our online delivery methods that are accessed, initiated or started and/or course content, quizzes and or any and all materials viewed and or downloaded are non-refundable. If you purchase a product in error and do not access, initialize, view or download any and all content, you may request a refund for credit on another AEA Online Ed or In-Person purchase within 5 days of purchase.
All Examination cancellations must be submitted in writing and received within 30 days of purchase of examination. No refund will be issued if the examination was initiated or attempted or incomplete without due and viable reason or cause. Should it be necessary for AEA to cancel an examination, candidates will be notified by email or phone and issued a full refund on examination fees paid*. (*If the exam fees were included in a bundle purchase package, the exam fees discounted price will be refunded.)
Membership & Certification Renewal Dues
Due to the nature of Memberships and Certification/Certificate Renewals, these items are non-refundable as they are elected affiliations and participations of the aquatic fitness professional.
If your purchase is defective, you may return it in its original condition within 30 days of receipt. We will exchange the item at our discretion (less shipping and handling). To return or exchange an item, the product must be in its original packaging and have all of the contents that were shipped from our office. Please allow 7-14 business days to process your exchange. If an exchange is needed sooner, please contact us for other options.
