Description:
Please join our successful water exercise program! We host 4 classes, each at a different pool on a different day. Class lasts one hour and the instructor is offered 30 minutes of preparation time prior to the session. Our classes are offered to Town of Oyster Bay residents, age 60 and above, as part of our Senior Summer Program.
