The City of Winchester Parks & Recreation is seeking an energetic Aquatics Fitness Instructor to lead engaging and safe water-based fitness classes for our community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys motivating others, building positive relationships, and creating a fun, welcoming environment in the pool.

Responsibilities include leading aquatic fitness classes, ensuring participant safety, and providing modifications for varying fitness levels. Candidates should have experience teaching group fitness or water aerobics and a passion for health and wellness.

Preferred Qualifications:

Aquatic fitness or group exercise instructor certification

Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification

Experience teaching water aerobics or similar aquatic classes

Flexible part-time hours available.
